Description
After taking quite some time to settle on my favourite channel blend from a number of different versions (see Rosette Nebula - cycle through different colour palettes (Graeme Holyoake) - AstroBin for a looping video through a range of colour palettes that I tried), I finally settled on a 50:50 blend of Hubble Palette SHO with selective colour adjustments and a dynamic H(H/O)O composition using PixelMath expressions from https://thecoldestnights.com/2020/06/pixinsight-dynamic-narrowband-combinations-with-pixelmath/. The stars are RGB with Photometric Colour Calibration.
Calibration, Registration, Normalisation and Integration were carried out using AstroPixelProcessor. Initial post-processing (Background Extraction, Deconvolution, GHS stretching, star removal, PixelMath channel combination) was carried out in Siril, and final adjustments including blending of different colour palettes, cropping and the addition of my personal mark were made in Photoshop.
Any feedback and constructive criticism are very welcome.
