The lens is manufactured by [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LOMO]LOMO[/url] or [url=https://www.professional-telescopes.com/Product-Line/Optical-Sets/LZOS-Apochromats]LZOS[/url] from OK4 glass (not actual fluorite).
