For those using Target Scheduler (NINA plugin) or similar, I’m curious if you have many active projects, or just one primary. I’m increasingly move towards multiple active projects to optimize conditions, principally altitude and moon avoidance. But I’m wondering how well the software optimizes the schedule based on complex criteria.

I have been using it for several months now and am quite pleased with it. I have multiple projects set up, and it does a good job of choosing among them. One thing I have learned is to leverage the desired and accepted criteria; otherwise, it could stay on a single object all night.

I also have a project called “Needs More Subs” and set that to high priority when I want those targets to take precedence.
