The well known Cocoon Nebula, here photographed in LRGB, is an emission and reflection nebula in the constellation Cygnus. It is also listed in the Sharpless II Catalogue as Sh2-125. The nebula itself has characteristic beautiful bright colours. But also the enormous dust clouds surrounding the nebula as a kind of a tail are very interesting.
