NGC 2170 Angel Nebula

I acquired about 5 hours of data last week and stacked it with what I took a year ago. I find NGC 2170 a very challenging DSO to process. The challenge lies in maintaining the balance between the colorful bright parts of the reflection nebula and the dark dust. The stars, diffused by the dust and perhaps clouds, are particularly hard to manage. I am happy with the current result but still look…
