Description
This is a revisit of my 2021 Image using multiple scopes: FLT 132 and ASI 2600 MM Pro from 2021 and an FLT 91 + ASI 6200 MM Pro and Z61 + ASI 2600 MM Pro from 2022. All data was taken from Bortle 7 and 8 skies.
FLT 132 @ f 5.6
Luminance 24 by 600 s
RGB 6 by 600 s each
Ha 6 by 600 s
FLT 91 @ f 4.6
Luminance 36 by 300 s
Ha 9 by 600 s
Z61 at f 4.6
RGB each 12 by 300 s
I combined the data sets using star alignment and pixel math add. Next time I think I'll try a weighted average based on exposure and f stop. Then I ran DBE and PCC. Final processing was in Photoshop with a jump back into PI on a starless version for MLT.
Given the quality of the skies I was really pleased with this image.
