This summer I tried again this absolutely amazing area, this time with the modified Canon 6D. Although I could integrate around 2.5h at F2.8, subs are plagued with light pollution and/or gradients due to haze. I guess I won't be satisfied until I can capture it from a southern location, at higher elevation in the sky. 

But the worst part was I had to deal with severe correlated ( "walking", or "rain" ) noise because of a bad polar alignment of the tracker (I think it's something with the polarscope). 

Albeit humble, I love the result anyway. Hope you like it too!
