Description
M51 the Whirlpool Galaxy in LRHaGB from my light-polluted backyard. It's always a fun challenge to image any broadband from my location and its rare that the conditions are right to attempt such an undertaking. Most times the moon will be out or clouds will prevent me from capturing enough data to process an image. Most years I only manage to image one or two galaxies so my processing never gets to that sweet spot I like as with narrowband images...
